This policy explains what information Enumflow collects through this website, why, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. We have tried to write it plainly. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the end.
Who we are
This website is operated by Enumflow Ltd ("Enumflow", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria under RC number 9407884, with its registered office at Suite 20, Trocadero Plaza C&I Leasing Road, Lekki Phase One, Lagos State, Nigeria.
For the information described in this policy, Enumflow is the data controller. That means we decide why and how it is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.
What this policy covers
This policy covers:
- your visit to enumflow.com
- information you send us through the contact form on this website
- our correspondence with you about a possible project
It does not cover our products. Enumflow builds and operates software products, including Daneli, a property management platform. Each product has its own privacy notice explaining what that product collects and why, because the information and the people involved are different. If you use one of our products, please read that product's own notice, published on its website.

When you contact us through the website
If you fill in our contact form, we collect what you give us:

We ask you to describe your project in your own words. Please do not include sensitive personal information in that description, such as health details, financial account numbers, or information about other people, because we do not need it to respond to you.
When you visit the website
We keep this deliberately minimal.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not follow you around the web, build a profile of you, or sell anything about your visit.
- We do not set cookies.
- We remember one preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores that choice on your own device so the site looks the way you left it next time. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
- Our hosting provider sees ordinary technical information. Like every website, when your browser requests a page, the server that delivers it receives technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page to you and to protect the site from abuse.
Information we receive from others
We do not buy or rent personal information, and we do not collect information about you from third parties for marketing.
How we use your information
The law requires us to have a valid reason, called a lawful basis, for each use of your information. Here is every use, and the basis for it.

We will not use your enquiry for marketing. If you contact us about a project, we will reply about that project. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you promotional messages unless you separately and specifically agree to it.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means. No one is accepted, refused, scored or profiled by software. A person at Enumflow reads every enquiry.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone to use for their own purposes.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies.
The only thing it stores on your device is your choice of light or dark mode, which stays on your device and is never sent to us. Because we set no cookies and use no tracking, there is nothing to accept or refuse, and you will not see a cookie banner.
If we ever introduce cookies or analytics, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your agreement before setting them.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers we need to run this website and respond to you: for hosting the website and receiving the contact form, for our email, and for delivering standard code the website uses. They act on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid request from a court or regulator, or to protect the rights and safety of Enumflow or others.
If Enumflow is ever reorganised, merged or sold, information may pass to the new owner, who would be bound by this policy.
Transfers outside Nigeria
Some of the service providers we use store or process information outside Nigeria. The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 allows personal information to leave Nigeria only on specific grounds, and our service providers commit, in their data processing terms, to contractual protections for the information they handle on our behalf. You can ask us for more detail about these safeguards using the contact details below.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it.

How we protect it
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so what you send through the form cannot be read in transit. Access to enquiries is limited to the people at Enumflow who need it to respond to you. We use established providers with their own security measures, and we review who has access when people join or leave.
No method of storing or sending information is completely secure. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will act on it promptly and notify you and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where the law requires us to.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the following rights over your personal information.

To use any of these rights, email us at hello@enumflow.com. It costs nothing. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else. We will respond within 30 days, and if we cannot do what you ask, we will explain why.
Some rights are limited by law. For example, we may need to keep certain records to meet a legal obligation even if you ask us to delete them. Where that applies, we will tell you.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at hello@enumflow.com so we can try to put it right.
You also have the right to complain directly to the regulator, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, at any time, whether or not you have contacted us first. Details are at ndpc.gov.ng.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, for example if we introduce a new service provider or begin using analytics. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change significantly affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can.
